SHIPPING POLICY

At ORDERMENOW we have two shipping module which are classified as follows:-

If you have placed the order on our Delhi central warehouse/stores then the below mentioned conditions shall apply: -

Once the order placed by you on our mobile application, we will dispatch the placed order within 24 working hours from confirmation of orders.
Once the order has been dispatched it will be delivered within the stipulated timeline i.e the date of order . The delivery is subject to delaying as per the unavoidable circumstances on those locations where the delivery to be performed.
It is also noted that the delivery of your order may also be delayed, in case your location is not covered under the jurisdiction of our delivery partner.
If the address provided by you at the time of placing the order is insufficient or incorrect then the order will be taken by you with making the proper co-ordination with the delivery personnel/ delivery partner, if they are calling on your provided contact number.
It is also noted that delivery attempt shall be for at least two times, if in case you are not available at your delivery location/ your address is improper/ your provided phone number is not working at the time of attempting delivery. Your order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
Once your placed order marked as RTO and such order has been received by us then your refund will be initiated as per refund policy.
Once your placed order marked as RTO then it will never take re-delivery at your location, if you still want to purchase the article/goods then place the fresh order on our mobile application.
No early delivery is available in current scenario.
If you have placed the order on the nearby stores then the below mentioned conditions shall apply:-

Once the order placed by you on our mobile application, the delivery will be done within 24 working hours from confirmation of orders.
It is also noted that the delivery of your order may also be delayed, in case your location is not covered under the jurisdiction of our courier services.
If the address provided by you at the time of placing the order is insufficient or incorrect then the order will be taken by you with making the proper co-ordination with the delivery personnel/ delivery partner, if they are calling on your provided contact number.
It is also noted that delivery attempt shall be for at least one time, if in case you are not available at your delivery location/ your address is improper/ your provided phone number is not working at the time of attempting delivery. Your order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
Once your placed order marked cancelled / rejected  then your refund will be initiated as per refund policy and the same order amount will be refunded to the original source of payment  -  or - to the bank account managed with us.


SHELF LIFE OF THE PRODUCT:

As per the amendments to the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, in 2011, the Government of India has made it mandatory to display certain product information, including “Best before or use by date, month and year”, in case of packages that contain a commodity which may become unfit for human consumption after a period of time, on online e-commerce marketplaces. Display of 'Best before date' rule was rolled out in phases to all Fulfilment by us.

SHELF LIFE OF THE PRODUCT:
If your order has been placed at our central warehouse located at Delhi

If the order value >= INR. 1000    => Delivery Charges = INR 0
If the delivery value between INR. 500-1000         => Delivery Charges = INR 60
If the delivery value between INR 0-499  => Delivery Charges= INR. 80
FOR OTHERS:(DEFAULT)
If your order has been placed at nearby stores

If the order value >= INR. 700      => Delivery Charges = 0
If the delivery value between INR. 500-700           => Delivery Charges = 30
If the delivery value between INR.0-499  => Delivery Charges = 50
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD): -
POD charges shall be same as mentioned above.

You may place order through POD process and the order through POD can be upto Rs. 1000/-
